My GUIDE TO PRICING
WEDDING AND EVENT FLOWERS

Overwhelming is an understatement... but where on earth do you start?

As a wedding florist, I understand that investing in your special day is overwhelming and a complete mine field,

with so many elements to consider, quotes flying at you left right and centre (hugely varying quotes, I should mention),

but ultimately each and every supplier will bring different values with them, and therefor charge different prices for their services.

When comparing quotes be mindful of the experience and the day to day running of each business, as these two factors will drive the cost.

I am busy in the background drafting a Poppy Wild specific pricing guide to help you understand my
pricing strategy and to reassure you that
I am worth my weight in flowers when it comes to your special day, quite literally!

Main cost factors

The investment for my services is influenced by a number of factors.

Essentially, the more complex your floral brief, the more time and resources are required from my team and I.

Service alone, this could include extensive research, site visits, early market runs, calls with other suppliers,

the need for additional florist's, additional vehicles... the list goes on!

Tight timelines, difficult venue access and midnight de-rigs also will increase the budget.

What about the flowers, you might ask!?

When it comes to the cost of arrangements, each and every piece is bespoke.

The size, scale, time of year, and overall aesthetic will determine the cost of each item.

MINIMUM SPENDS

After 5 years in business as a wedding florist, and an interiors background I understand that beautiful designs are an
essential element of any wedding or event.

Having a minimum spend in place allows me to devote the proper time, resources, and creativity required to deliver an

exquisite service to each and every couple I work with.

I purposely take on a limited number of weddings at any given time. For me, it's all about quality over quantity.

Full floral design service : May - September
(peak wedding season)

During the peak wedding months of May through October, my minimum spending requirement is £3,000.

This allows me to devote the appropriate time and resources to make your floral vision come to life perfectly.

Chloe & Tom

"The flowers were even better than the vision boards and we couldn't be happier with them. She also tried to have as many home grown / UK flowers as possible as sustainability was really important to us. They were so beautiful and I wish really I had allocated more of our budget to flowers as they really made everything burst to life."
