Spring Flower Arrangement Workshop & Afternoon Tea with The Salt Box

Location: Red Oak Barn, Priory Farm Estate, Sandy Lane, South Nutfield, RH1 4EJ

Time: 2.30 - 6pm

I'm kicking off the Easter weekend with a collaboration with The Salt Box, combining floristry and food for an afternoon in their cosy barn on the beautiful Priory Farm estate. You’ll learn how to create a wildly styled luxury arrangement using a variety of beautiful fresh flowers and foliage, followed by a seasonally inspired cream tea with a glass of local sparkling wine.

I will guide you through how to the condition flowers and foliage before arranging them, giving you a few simple considerations to help you get the best from your flowers and prolong the vase life.


You’ll learn how to create a perfect spiral, a skill that you’ll be able to practice at home. I will advise you on how to select your own flower recipe to balance form, texture and tone – and then you'll get stuck into making our own! 


I will show you how to utilise bits of the flowers that would otherwise have been wasted.


Following the workshop, we’ll sit down at shared dining tables in the cosy barn for a selection of seasonally inspired sweet and savoury treats, and a glass of Albury Vineyard bubbly.
